A Compassionate Team Dedicated to Your Recovery Journey
Meet the Team
Haydn Greene
I know the pain of addiction all too well. For 13 years, I battled with substance abuse, living on the streets and constantly relapsing despite my best efforts. The cycle seemed endless, and it often felt like I would never escape. But through perseverance and a deep desire for change, I found the strength to break free and rebuild my life. As a proud father of two, I’m now focused on helping others who are facing the same struggles I once did. I understand the hardships, the setbacks, and the resilience it takes to overcome addiction. My role is to be the face and voice of our mission here at New Haven, by connecting with individuals, families, and communities to raise awareness and drive change in the field of recovery. My passion for this work comes from both personal experience and a deep belief in the power of second chances.

My role at New Haven comes from a deeply personal experience. I have walked the difficult path of active addiction and have also witnessed the painful struggles of having a loved one in addiction. These experiences, combined with my role as a mom, have shaped my commitment to supporting those in recovery and ensuring they have the resources and structure they need to rebuild their lives. My focus is on the operational side of the recovery process—creating a stable, structured environment that provides accountability, support, and the opportunity for growth. I believe that recovery is a journey that requires both internal strength and external support, and I am dedicated to building systems and programs that foster long-term success.

As a Mother, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact addiction can have on a family. My journey has been shaped by the struggles my children faced with addiction, and it has been a heartbreaking, yet enlightening experience. Through these challenges, I’ve learned the importance of support, understanding, and the power of resilience. I am deeply passionate about helping other family members who are going through similar experiences, providing resources, and offering guidance to those in need. My mission is to be a source of hope and strength for families navigating addiction, helping them find the support they deserve and the path toward healing. Every day, I am committed to turning my personal experiences into a positive force to help others rebuild their lives and families.
